30-Day Returns

If your piece isn’t quite what you envisioned, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In their original condition

• Returned with the original packaging

Please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide return instructions.

Free First Resize

Finding the right fit can take a little adjustment.

That’s why your first resizing service is complimentary.

If your bracelet feels too loose or too tight, contact us with your order number and the size you would like.

Please note that resizing may slightly alter the arrangement of natural stones depending on the requested size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
