FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Are Fan Star stones natural?
Our pieces are made with natural stone materials unless otherwise stated in the individual product description.
Because natural stones form over time, variations in color, pattern, inclusions, and transparency are expected. No two bracelets will look exactly alike.
Will my bracelet look exactly like the photos?
Not exactly — and that is part of what makes each piece unique.
We carefully select stones to remain consistent with the overall character and color palette shown in our photography, but natural variations will occur.
How do I choose my size?
Measure your wrist where you normally wear a bracelet and refer to our How to Measure Your Wrist guide.
Our current sizes range from S to XL.
What if I choose the wrong size?
Your first resizing service is complimentary.

How long does my order take to ship?
Orders are generally handcrafted and prepared within 2–3 business days.
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days within the United States and 5–10 business days internationally.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Can I return my bracelet?
Yes. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
Please see our Returns & Resizing page for complete details.
Can I wear my bracelet in water?
We recommend removing your bracelet before showering, swimming, exercising, or entering a sauna.
Keeping your bracelet dry helps protect both the natural stones and elastic cord.
Why does my stone look different from another one?
Natural stones are not manufactured to be identical.
Color variations, mineral patterns, inclusions, and subtle differences in texture are part of their natural formation.
Your piece is yours alone.
Do your stones have healing properties?

Our products are jewelry and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
